DIRECT DRIVE EXTRUDER
r3bEL mini utilizes a direct mechanical drive extrusion system that provides superior performance compared to pneumatic systems. The direct drive allows for greater control over pressure, and therefore the overall printing process. It also allows for retraction capabilities (not possible on pneumatic systems) that enable liquid handling, such as droplet dispensing and liquid transfer.
Designed with the user in mind, r3bEL mini features Wi-Fi capabilities that make it easy to control your bioprinter from your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
